1.product SKU#:Hot melt glue XG-360R-3、Cross-linker XG-360Z-3 and catalyst XG-360Z-3B、Heat Transfer silicone XG-866A-2Y and catalyst XG-866B-2、PET film(silicone type).

2.Application:Cotton、Nylon、Dacron、silicone coating garment or waterproof nylon.

3.Front side Heat Transfer instruction:
（1）.Printing XG-360R-3 four to six times Note:please keep surface dry before printing next layer.don't keep surface too dry. After printing 4-6 times,please keep glue layer dry thoroughly by table oven or dryer.
（2）.Add 5% catalystXG-360Z-3B into XG-360Z-3,print two layers, Note:please keep surface dry before printing next layer.don't keep surface too dry.
（3）.Add 3%catalyst XG-866B-2 into heat transfer silicone XG-866A-2Y,print the transparent silicone 3-4times. Then mixing 10-20%pigment into heat transfer silicone,print color layer.(color layer times depends on your requirement.)
（4）.Glossy silicone XG-399HR or399Q,add 2%catalyst XG-866B-2 into glossy silicone.print 2-3layers.
  (5).After finishing printing glossy silicone,please put product into oven by 100℃,in 40minutes.
  (6).Heat press machine,150℃,15seconds.

4.Reverse side Heat transfer instruction:
(1).Add3% catalyst XG-866B-2 into XG-866A-2Y,mixing 10% pigment,printing layer times by your requrement.
(2).Add 5% catalystXG-360Z-3B into XG-360Z-3,print two layers
(3).Printing XG-360R-3 four to six times
Note:please keep surface dry before printing next layer.don't keep surface too dry.
After printing 4-6 times,please keep glue layer dry thoroughly by table oven or dryer.
(4).After finishing printing glossy silicone,please put product into oven by 100℃,in 40minutes.
(5).Heat press machine,150℃,15seconds.
