Heat Transfer printing is ideal for T-shirt.Most of T-shirts are cotton.So silicone ink can have high adhesion on T-shirt.

Heat Transfer printing Tips

Silicone ink for heat transfer printing XG-866A-2Y,silicone adhesive XG-360Z-3,hot melt glue XG-360R-3,silicone reducer XG-128AH,fast catalyst XG-866B-2,silicone pigment

1.Mix 100g silicone ink XG-866A-2Y with fast catalyst XG-866B-2 thoroughly;Add 10% silicone pigment.(YR SILICONE can produce any silicone pigment by your idea.);Add 5-10% silicone reducer,mix them thoroughly.Print four layers.Please keep flash every print during screen printing silicone ink.

2.Mix 100g silicone adhesive XG-360Z-3 with 6g catalyst XG-360Z-3B thoroughly;Print two layers.Please keep flash every print during screen printing silicone adhesive.

3.Print hot melt glue XG-360R-3 for six layers.Please keep flash every print during screen printing hot melt glue.

4.Finish screen printing hot melt glue,please bake the heat transfer labels in the closed oven by 150 ℃ ,40minutes.
