Instructions:

1.prepare mold transfer silicone XG-866A-2Y,fast catalyst XG-866B-2,Xg-360W,catalyst XG-360B,silicone pigment.

2.prepare hot melt film,low adhesive film,high adhesive film,Teflon mat,small shovel,tweezers.

3.open mold transfer machine

4.glue dispenser or needle tube

5.mold:clean the mold with silicone thinner.

6.Dispense the silicone into mold,cover the mold  with hot melt film.place the mold on mold transfer machine with the Teflon mat on mold .then start the mold transfer machine,Note:upper mold:80degree;lower mold :140 degree;press 20-60seconds.

7.After pressing by machine,place the mold on the freezing table.peel off the hot melt film.then peel off the silicone logo by low adhesive film.packaging the  silicone logo from the low adhesive film by high adhesive.after this step,you will produce the excellent silicone logo.

Note:when you use the silicone logo,you can press the silicone logo on garment by transfer machine,pressing 20seconds,180degree.
